About Jose Guerra-REALTOR®/Manager
Jose Guerra-REALTOR®/Manager hangs his REALTOR® license at EXIT MOUNTAIN VIEW REALTY in the city of Ontario amd Colton, California, where he is also the Office Manager.  As a REALTOR®, he's always out meeting people who he see as potential Homeowners.  He truely takes prife in helping peole achieve Homeownership.  His hard work helps him get new Clients.  His skills and knowledge and great personality are what helps him get new Clients through referrals from past and current Clients.  He often tours homes that are for sell to have knowledge of the current housing inventory.  You will often find him out on the streets showing houses to Clients.  As a Manager, you will find him helping out his REALTORS® with Real Estate matters, and by also trying to come up with ideas where he tries to create opportunities for his REALTORS® to interactive with people who can become potential Clients.

Jose Guerra-REALTOR®/Manager, is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (9/2006-Present) where he is also a member of their Young Professionals Network (10/2007-Present); he is also a member of the California Association of REALTORS® (9/2006-Present) where he serves as a Legislative Liaison for the Government Affairs Team (4/2008-Present), he is also a members of the Women's Council of REALTORS® (3/2008-Present); and of the Inland Valley Association of REALTORS® (IVAOR) (9/2006-Present) where he is active in the following committies:  Education (2007-Present), MLS/Technology (2007-Present), Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity (2007-Present), and is the Caravan Master for the Fontana/Rialto/Bloomington/Colton REALTOR® Caravan (2007-Present).  In 2007, he was also recognized by IVAOR as a 2007 Community Leader for his efforts in various activities such as organizing Toy/Clothing/Food and Blood Drives, and even providing DJing services to local elementary schools.

What’s next, Jose Guerra-REALTOR® is planning on taking the next step in his career, which is getting his Real Estate Broker's license (2008-2009).  He has also started writing a Real Estate book.
